Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

Only shipping available to the lower 48 states at this time. Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents.

When you need something quick and do not mind paying a little extra we recommend UPS 3 day select. Ground shipments take between 7 to 10 business days.

Items will be shipped most times within 24 to 48 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered. (UPS Will Not Ship To P.O. Boxes)

What is your return policy?

MarineShopz offers a return period of 25 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Please contact us by email to recieve the RMA number and return address info.

All returns must include a written explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and product being returned.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver have left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.

We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Remember UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box - you must have a physical address.

When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories and owners manual. Do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the package. You will include a separate letter to explain your returning reason with a reference to the RMA number. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
