Shipping & ReturnsOur company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately. Only shipping available to the lower 48 states at this time. Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Ground shipments may take from 3 to 10 business days. In general less that 5 days. Items will be shipped most times within 24 to 48 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. Items will be comming from one or more of our warehouses and one item may arrive before the other. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered. (UPS Will Not Ship To P.O. Boxes) What is your return policy? To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps: A return authorization number (RMA#) and return address info must be obtained by contacting us. All returns must include a written explanation of why the merchandise is being returned. The RMA# must be clearly written on each package. If this number is not on your package, it will be refused. Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault provided you contact our us within 24 hours from receipt of merchandise. Returns that the customer orders incorrectly may be charged a 20% restocking fee and return freight is payed by the customer. We guarantee against manufacturers defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver have left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Remember UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box - you must have a physical address. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories and owners manual. Do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the package. You will include a separate letter to explain your returning reason with a reference to the RMA number. There will be a 50% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned in damaged package. Unwanted Products: Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only. We must be notified of the problem within 24 hours of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping and handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Unwanted product returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refused Delivery: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways). A customer must return merchandise at their expense (shipping cost) within 14 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse. If the item has been received to our warehouse after 14 days of the delivery, at our discretion, we will either accept return and 50% restocking fee will apply or the merchandise will be returned back to the customer at their expense for all shipping and handling costs. |
